    We are a property management company so take on the whole running of the property. 

  • Landlords who can't commit to long term rentals (2+ years)

    Due to setup costs it would not be beneficial for us to take on properties for any less than 2 years.

  • Run-down properties

    Due to the clients we need to attract we are only looking for properties in good condition.

    Whilst we are happy to decorate, the property must have a good kitchen & bathroom.

    We are more than happy to discuss how we could refurbish your property with you to bring it up to the standards required.

  • Leasehold restrictions

    Some property leasehold agreements prohibit the use of serviced accommodation. Unfortunately we would be unable to take these properties on. If you are unsure just get in touch and we can review the agreement with you.

    Guaranteed rents for the lifetime of the contract (can be up to 5 years and beyond). As we are on a management contract, this is subject to contract law, there is no concerns over bad tenants refusing to pay you rent. If we don't pay, we break the contract and the property is returned (we wont of course but this gives you the peace of mind).
